My canon pixma mp198 printer has an error E27, This error occurs because ink absorber full or platen waste ink absorber full.
This error can only be solved by using software resetter, but at first do it this steps :
1. Plug the power cable to the printer
2. Press and hold the Stop / Reset
3. Press and hold power button
4. Release the button Stop / Reset and then push 2x (wait until the LCD shows the number 0)
5. Prepare 2 paper in paper tray
6. Use resetter mp198 resetter download here (extrac and run)
7. Click on PLAY (the printer will print one page)
8. Click the platen (the printer will print one page)
9. Turn off the printer by pressing the power button
10.Done, your printer back to normal.
