1. Turn off the printer (make sure the power cord still attached), press and hold the STOP / RESET, then press and hold the ON / OFF and release the STOP / RESET button (ON / OFF should not be removed, then press the STOP / RESET 2x
2. Release both buttons at once, and now the printer in the position of SERVICE MODE (on the printer LCD will show the number "0")
